Registering with HypePlay is completely free. However, all information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or fabricated details may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

The following details are required to complete registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred currency & payment method

After registration, a verification code will be sent to your mobile number or email. Use this code to activate your account. Deposits and withdrawals will not be available until your account is activated.

HypePlay follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe and transparent platform. Account verification is required for withdrawals above a certain amount.

One of the following documents will be required for verification:

• National ID Card (NID) — both sides
• First page of passport
• Driving License

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once the process is complete.

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so make sure to review your bet carefully before placing it.
2. Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.
3. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, HypePlay reserves the right to void the affected bet.
4. Pre-match bets cannot be added after a match has started.
5. HypePlay sets the maximum bet limit per event, which may vary across different markets.
6. If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets will be refunded. For rescheduled matches, HypePlay's decision is final.

HypePlay regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

General bonus usage rules:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement for each bonus has been met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 5–30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days from the date of issue.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum winnings from bonus bets may be capped depending on the specific offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the HypePlay platform. Any involvement will result in serious action.

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Automation: The use of bots, scripts, or any automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud: Payment fraud, chargebacks, or any form of financial misconduct are strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Match fixing or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: HypePlay will not under any circumstances be used as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Using Another Person's Account: Logging into someone else's account or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• System Exploits: Exploiting any technical glitch or vulnerability on the platform is strictly prohibited.

HypePlay reserves the right to close accounts, forfeit balances, and take legal action where necessary against anyone involved in any of the above activities.

HypePlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. This action is typically taken for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• KYC verification failure or providing false information
• Suspicious Financial Transactions
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended account inactivity (over 12 months)

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after all pending bets are settled.

The security of your personal information is HypePlay's top priority. Details provided at registration are used solely for service delivery and verification purposes.
